Our Campus
Woodland’s eight-acre campus offers the perfect setting for a safe and vibrant learning experience. Located in the heart of East Memphis, Woodland is a short commute from both greater Memphis and its suburbs. The classrooms are small, reinforcing our belief in an interactive and intimate academic environment. All regular classrooms have interior windows providing a glimpse of learning to all who may walk by.
The campus includes 30 classrooms, a 10,000-volume library, mobile computer labs and a multi-purpose athletic center, lower and middle school science labs, an indoor and outdoor stage for performances, and classrooms for music, art, and foreign language. In 2008, the Outdoor Learning Center was added, allowing students to engage in hands-on science activities. Students enjoy the outdoor play on one of three age-appropriate outdoor playgrounds. Athletic fields include two soccer fields, multiple athletic fields that are used for soccer, football, baseball, track and field, and cross-country, and a football practice field.

School Day
Students are in class from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Students may arrive at school as early as 7:30 a.m. for an early room at no additional charge. Administrative offices are open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. -
Extended Care
Woodland provides Before School Care from 7:00 to 7:30 a.m. and After School Care until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday for a nominal fee. -
Carpool
Carpool hours are 7:30–8:00 a.m. and 3:00–3:15 p.m. Students with siblings will be at the oldest siblings’ carpool for pick-up.
